3. Performance & Guarantee Alignment
Anthros AI may offer a service-based guarantee related to inspection booking or system performance.
Key clarifications:
Guarantees apply only to inspection booking or lead handling outcomes, not revenue or closed deals.
Guarantees are contingent upon:
Client cooperation
Accurate business information
Active phone lines
Reasonable availability for inspections
Compliance with onboarding and system usage requirements
Homeowner decisions, cancellations, no-shows, or refusal to proceed are outside our control and do not invalidate service delivery.
Any guarantee offered is service-based, not a promise of income, profit, or job value.
4. No Revenue or Sales Guarantee
Anthros AI does not guarantee:
Revenue
Number of closed deals
Job value
Profit margins
Our responsibility ends at handling, following up with, and booking inspections, not closing or collecting payment.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate business and contact information
Maintain operational readiness to accept inspections
Respond to implementation requests promptly
Comply with local laws (including call recording and consumer communication laws)
Use services ethically and lawfully
Failure to meet these responsibilities may void guarantees or result in suspension of services.
6. Intellectual Property
All systems, workflows, copy, processes, and methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of ANTHROS AI.
You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of our systems.
7. Payments & Fees
Fees are agreed upon prior to service commencement
Payments are due as specified in your agreement
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
Missed payments may result in service suspension
8. Limitation of Liability

Lost revenue or profits
Missed opportunities
Homeowner behavior or decisions
Third-party platform outages
Business outcomes beyond system performance
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services.

We rely on third-party tools (e.g., calendars, CRMs, communication providers). We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or failures.
